Do you find staying with a family of 4 in a motel room to be a bit cramped? As our kids get older, we prefer to get two rooms or try to find a nice condo to stay in. Full size beds just don’t get it for me…I much prefer queen or king size beds.
One place we have stayed that I really liked was Westgate Smokey Mountain. It looks like a log cabin lodge and sits in the mountains between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It is a gorgeous resort with horseback riding and an indoor/outdoor waterpark.
I highly recommend it as a place to stay the next time you visit the Smokey Mountains.
