Relay sockets are connectors that accept electromechanical switches called relays, where one circuit uses variations in current to regulate the flow of electricity in another.  Relay sockets PCDs are used for military, aerospace, commercial, and ground and shipboard equipment.  They are also available for lightweight aircraft, microminature, board mount, and non-environmental relays.
