Walking for Exercise

I have been hearing and reading that walking slowly or at a normal pace is much better for you than speed walking or jogging.  Speed walking or jogging causes more cortisol production which is what stress does to the body.  This increases insulin production which increases body fat.  Geez.  I wish they would get their information together.

 My daughter, husband, and I have been walking about 2 miles daily for 3 weeks now.  I must admit I feel better and since starting the Feel-Good Diet and drinking the Super pH water 3x a day I can already tell an increase in my energy level.  The neat thing about this eating plan is that you are not losing muscle tone which most often happens on other diet plans or exercise plans. 

We will see how it goes and I will post updates.
