Low Carb Eating

As many of you know, I began a low carb eating plan about 8 weeks ago using The Carbohydrate Addict’s Diet book as my guide. I am happy to say I am now down 45 lbs. I lost the first 30lbs without even exercising.
I am now up to at least a mile a day on the treadmill now. I feel much better and definitely look much better.
It really has not been a hard plan to follow.
Sometimes you need to add supplements to your regimen to make sure you get the proper nutrition. You need to find the best diet supplement for your needs.
