Isn’t it funny how you give your ex the benefit of the doubt and think he will pay child support as he should? I never thought he would be such a jerk about things. But, I was mistaken. He did finally catch up on his payments.
My complaint is that his pay is now more than twice what I make per month. Goofy me as the breadwinner before my hours were cut, decided to go easy on him with the child support payments. Now with my pay/hour cut and his huge overtime, I am struggling desperately to stay afloat.
I need to get the child support adjusted asap before I lose our house.
