Exercise Routine

I had gotten out of my daily workout at the gym a while back and I hate that.  I need to get back into my routine.  I have another 35 lbs or so I want to lose.  I have lost over 60 lbs since last November.

My goal is to start back this coming week at least 3 – 4 times per week.  I have been swimming and jogging in the pool daily at least. 

I have a 7 day Western Caribbean cruise coming up at the end of November and I want to have the rest of my weight off by then.  :)
